It is simple fare from a very nice lady in a cafe outdoors. Some of the best joys of life are the simplest, and this is certainly one of them.
So, if you ever in Khon Kaen, Thailand, to a point at the top to more than Prachasamsorn Road and stop at the Miracle Café coffee. It is only a few steps from the Cactus Resort, near Busaba.
