5th December is His Royal Highness the King of Thailand Birthday. His Majesty is celebrating his 80th Birthday at the Royal Fashion. The people of Thailand have been invited, with the yellow shirts of 1 December to 5 December to honor the king.
For the past year, the Thais were yellow shirts every Monday to respect for King Bhumibol Adulyadej. It began shortly after the 60th Anniversary of the king’s ascent to the throne last year.
There have been several events in honor of the king – but others are planned.
All the way from Russia is the Mariinsky Theater performance for the royal family. December 6 and 8, there are public performances – Sell-out for sure. And 7 December, there is a private show for the royal family.
And this is not a birthday without a Royal Royal Parade –
